New project in the pipeline – Rich Fabric
I wanted to put the word out that I am in the process of compiling and editing an anthology, Rich Fabric.
The anthology focuses on the theme of quilting – the tradition, symbolism and culture of quilts.
It is a multi-media anthology – the paperback version will have illustrations, short stories, memoirs, biographies, and black and white photographs.
The eBook version will have all of those plus color photographs, monologues and music.
The profits from the anthology, Rich Fabric, will be donated to the Twilight Wish Foundation, a non-profit organization that grants wishes to senior citizens.
I am DELIGHTED to be working with an amazing group of super creative, generous people.
I am creating a page dedicated to the anthology, and I will update that page as we go.
Just wanted to share this and say that I am so excited to see how this is shaping up.

Sounds like a lovely project! Where will we be able to buy a copy when it’s finished? I have a friend who’s an avid quilter, and I’d like to buy one for her.

It will be available at all online bookstores and as many independent bookstores as possible 🙂
I’ll update availability as we go along. The release date, tentatively, is September.
